{Engagement} Amy & Eriach

I introduced myself to Amy and Eriach at a riding stable near Chamounix Mansion in Fairmount Park right before their engagement shoot (hat tip to Carina of Love Me Do for the location). Within minutes of meeting, I had already referenced Walking Dead, which caused Amy to point out the Daryl button on her jean jacket. Not everyone gets my pop culture references (ahem, “smize” is one of my favorite terms ever), so I was instantly smitten.

We walked down the path at the Chamonix Mansion, which was still snow-covered from the weekend’s storm. Amy and Eriach were total troopers and held hands while hiking up and down muddy trails.

Once the sun began to set, we made our way to Northern Liberties for a few drinks at Standard Tap. These two were incredibly natural in front of the camera, which made me even more excited to photograph their wedding at Bartram’s Garden in Philadelphia this fall.

Congrats again to the happy couple on their engagement, I’m so grateful to be your wedding photographer!
