If you have a physical business space(s), how have you made it accessible to the community (for disabled people, neurodivergent people, and LGBTQ+ people)?

We're not all coming from the same space. How are you working on making your business as inclusive and accessible as possible? Examples: Wheelchair-accessible storefront or venue, making sure your website is accessible (for visually impaired or blind web users by being screen reader-friendly, by using alt text, etc), gender-neutral restrooms, etc.

What are some tangible actions you're taking as a wedding vendor to be more inclusive of underrepresented communities, without tokenizing them?

Examples: If you're in the beauty industry, being educated and experienced with applying makeup to all skin tones and how to style all hair and textures. And also employing those with personal experience. If you're an officiant or wedding planner, collaborating with a certified ASL interpreter during the ceremony in order to be accommodating to those who are deaf or hard of hearing. For vendors working on styled shoots, intentionally diverse (paid) model calls to consistently show intersectional representation.
