Philadelphia Wedding Photographer | Jackie + Kevin | Christ Church Neighborhood House
During their hunt for a wedding venue, Jackie and Kevin walked down the cobblestone streets of Old City. They stepped inside Christ Church Neighborhood House, where everything just clicked. The couple met just a few blocks away at First Friday, so it seemed like fate.
It’s incredible how much they made the performance space their own. The dramatically-lit old school gymnasium, brick walls, and former basketball court looked beautiful against the colorful bunting and string lights. It was really awesome to see how Jackie and Kevin’s personalities came through in all of the DIY details. Their hand-painted cake by their friend at Patty Bakes was the perfect reflection of the whimsical nature of the day.
I’m so grateful to have been present to capture the day in all of its raw emotion and hilariousness (I’m never mad when there’s a T-Rex sighting at a reception). Here are some of my favorite moments from their epic celebration.

The wedding was definitely filled with fun, laughter, and love. The feelings between the couple are something that everyone around them can feel and get lost in.
