Leslie + Kevin | Abington Art Center, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania

Meet Kevin and Leslie. Kevin is a psychologist working with adolescents and adults in an inpatient hospital. Leslie can be found in Malawi teaching medicine to underserved populations. Together, they are the powerful supercouple: Kevlie. After attending their wedding, I learned a lot of things about them, but most importantly: they love cats, each other, and their friends. And their friends love them right back.

So many details from their wedding were made with love from family and friends. Maple syrup favors were gifted by an aunt and uncle. Table runners were sewn by the mother of the bride using African fabric picked up from a trip to Malawi visiting Leslie. All of the centerpiece bowls were carved by a Malawian carver and philanthropist.
