Amanda + Mark | The Philadelphia Navy Yard

Amanda and Mark introduced me to one of my new favorite locations for an engagement session. The dilapidated navy shipyard in Philadelphia is home to the Urban Outfitters campus, which made for an epic backdrop.

I had been on the property once before, where I barely survived an awkward job interview for a copywriter position years ago. I’m so grateful my job interviewing days are (hopefully) behind me. If you were to ask me where I’d see myself in five years, I’d say photographing couples and their dogs, please. I don’t know what the future holds, so in the meantime, I’m just going to soak up every little moment.

We explored The Navy Yard with their dog Wally, who totally stole the show. Despite the sun turning us into puddles, it was a lovely way to spend the morning.

Amanda and Mark are getting married at Front & Palmer this fall. Can’t. wait.
