Sarah + Joe | Power Plant Productions, Philadelphia
When Sarah and Joe described their wedding theme as “industrial-chic with an ethereal spring twist,” I was excited to see everything come together at Power Plant in Philadelphia. All of the couple’s ideas were brought to life by a dream team of wedding vendors, making everything flawless to photograph.
Sarah and Joe had the sweetest first look outside of their apartment, with their families watching from the window above. Joe’s dad was the officiant and had all of the guests tearing up during the ceremony. The vow exchange was so lovely, I had to keep reminding myself I was there to take photos.
And the reception. Oh boy, the reception. There was a pizza cutting in lieu of a cake cutting and a taco bar (!!). Yep. Perfect.
I’m so lucky to have couples like Sarah and Joe who are full of love and energy. I don’t think I ever stopped grinning while editing their photos. I need to watch some episodes of Six Feet Under to make up for it, so my face will stop hurting.
A huge thank you to my second shooter, Dani of Dani Dietz Photography. Not only does she take incredible photos and make me laugh endlessly, she also has no competition when it comes to dance moves at the end of a reception night.
I hope this wedding brings you as much joy as it did me. ♥

WOW!! Where to begin, there are so many fabulous pictures of you and Joe, I don’t know where to start. I love your dress esp when adding the jacket . You both look amazing, but more importantly so in love with each other. Thanks for sharing and may your future together be filled with many more happy times.
